Terms of service

Last updated November 6, 2026

Draft for review. This page describes how Jandshake works today. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change before public launch.

These terms are the agreement between you and Turnrow Solutions Group LLC for using Jandshake. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you use Jandshake for an organization, you accept them for that organization too.

The service

Jandshake lets you upload documents, share them through links, and see how they're viewed; and lets the people you share with review and organize them. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove something you pay for, we'll tell you first.

Accounts

  • Keep your sign-in secure, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Organization admins decide who joins and what they can do, and are responsible for their members' use.
  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run Jandshake for you, including making page images, extracting text and, when you use AI features, sending text to our AI provider.

You're responsible for having the right to share what you upload, and for the confidentiality promises you make to the people you share with.

Acceptable use

Don't use Jandshake to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • share malware, or anything meant to deceive people about who sent it;
  • harass people, or send unwanted bulk messages;
  • probe, overload or get around the security of the service, except as our security policy allows;
  • copy or resell the service.

We may suspend links or accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

AI results and investment decisions

AI features produce automated suggestions, such as summaries, checks of figures and risk flags. They can be incomplete or wrong. Jandshake doesn't give investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to invest or to sign a deal. Check what matters yourself, and make your own decisions.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are priced per active project, as shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Invoiced plans follow the invoice's terms. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, starting from your next renewal. Fees don't include taxes. Except where the law requires, payments aren't refundable.

For evaluators

Viewing documents shared with you, and the essential evaluator features, are free. Documents shared with you belong to their senders and may be under an NDA you accepted; respect it.

Ending your use

You can stop using Jandshake and delete your account or organization anytime. We may end or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. When an account ends, you can export your data during the grace period before it's deleted.

No warranty

We work hard to keep Jandshake available, accurate and secure, but it's provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that analytics will be complete; for example, when a viewer's browser asks not to be tracked.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost deals, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

Responsibility for your content

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or shared, or because you broke these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts in Lubbock County, Texas, unless the law where you live gives you another choice.

General

  • These terms, and any order form or invoice terms, are the whole agreement between us about Jandshake.
  • If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • You can't transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a company that takes over Jandshake.
  • Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
  • You'll follow the export and sanctions laws that apply to your use of Jandshake.

Changes to these terms

We'll give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email of changes that matter. If you keep using Jandshake after they take effect, the new terms apply.
